Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. This role will focus on delivering analytics projects for Zenith International clients, working across various industries and project types.
As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle—from data collection and processing to modelling, insight generation, and presenting findings. Your work will play a key role in influencing client decisions, making clear and actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
- Work on analytics projects, managing tasks from data collection to insight delivery.
- Develop models and perform analysis to support client decision-making.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling way, ensuring actionable outcomes.
- Develop and deliver media optimization scenarios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement recommendations.
- Contribute to the growth and ambition of a small, dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, or STEM field.
- Understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and its impact on media planning.
- Experience with analytical techniques such as statistical modelling, data visualization, and trend analysis.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data modelling.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.
- Passion for using data to drive business decisions and strategy.
- Enjoys working in a small but ambitious team, embracing new opportunities and challenges.
Desired Skills
- Experience in running MMM models.
- Ability to tell the story behind the data.
- Programming knowledge in Python/R.
