The impact you’ll have:

Reporting to the Principal Analyst for Selling, the Senior Analyst will partner with stakeholders across Product, Trading, and Marketing to deliver data-first solutions to strategic questions, analyse performance, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that directly shape commercial strategy and drive business growth.


Your day-to-day:

  • Working across multiple stakeholder groups including product, marketing and trading.


  • Collaborating with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams to define metrics and develop data products that provide clear insights and support rapid, data-driven decision-making.


  • Working with Ai tools, and being passionate about leveling the team and stakeholders up.


  • Setting standards for high quality visualisations and reports (we use Looker and Looker Studio).


  • Participate in knowledge sharing, coaching colleagues and team members, playing a key role in driving a culture of continuous development within the analytics team.



Your skillset:

  • Expert capabilities across analyst tooling - incl. SQL, a programming language such as Python or R


  • Experience of analytical engineering - preferably using dbt


  • Experience using a visualisation tool such as Tableau or Looker


  • Extensive experience in Marketing, Product or Commercial analytics utilising advanced analytical methodologies


  • Curiosity and the ability to join the dots between different parts of the organisation


  • Experience in using Ai for analytics purposes



Desirable:

  • Experience with a version control system such as git


  • Experience of experimentation, attribution or marketing mix modelling
