About VouchedFor

VouchedFor is on a mission to help people find the best advice for life’s big decisions. We are already the UK’s leading platform for consumers to find trusted financial advisers - but our ambition is so much larger. Public trust in advice is still too low, and we believe our platform has the power to help the adviser community drive trust, and deliver an even greater impact for millions of clients.

VouchedFor is one of the UK's most exciting 'fintech' startups. Originally backed by investors whose successes include Zoopla, eBay and Octopus Energy, we’re now part of Fintel IQ - one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing financial technology businesses.

About you

  • You’ve learned how to execute brilliantly on parts of a marketing operations engine, and you want a role where you can own the whole marketing ops ‘stack’ - with the autonomy to own the end to end delivery of an awesome communications strategy
  • You have a genuine desire to help people: we are a mission-driven business, so it’s important that you can demonstrate a strong desire to help people and improve their lives
  • Goal driven and not afraid to get stuck in: We like to set ambitious goals and find creative ways to hit them, even if that means rolling up our sleeves and doing manual tasks before we’ve managed to fully automate them
  • Analytical and data driven: you’re confident in working with and interpreting data sets to find meaningful insights, and meticulous in your approach to data quality
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, or marketing automation/operations
  • Understanding of customer segments, user journeys and marketing best practices
  • Collaborative, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, where everyone gives 100%

  • Strong communication, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The role

  • The potential of email in helping us attract and engage our members is vast. You will lead the charge in capturing that value through acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • You'll lead on the execution of our comms roadmap, managing multiple campaigns across the business and finding creative ways to help various areas of the business hit their targets.
  • Our marketing stack includes leading solutions like customer.io, mailchimp, WordPress, n8n, and our own custom API-based CRM platform. But you'll have free license to look at innovative new ideas.
  • You'll learn from our data science lead, coming up with new ways to use the rich data we have and building smart, tailored communications that help our customers realise the full benefits of the client feedback they receive.
  • You'll create and optimise automated email funnels to drive key company goals.
  • You'll monitor and report on data and insights for campaigns, iterate email communications and improve funnel conversion.

Why VouchedFor

We are in the rare position of being a profitable, well-funded business but with a start-up culture. This gives us options whilst keeping us agile and helping us ensure that everyone’s contribution matters and is celebrated.

Our team's wellbeing is our top priority so we offer free 1-2-1 financial coaching through Octopus MoneyCoach as well as 1-2-1 counselling through our Employee Assistance Programme.

We care about life/work balance. We offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. We work in a hybrid fashion: you'll be expected to work every Tuesday and Thursday and one monthly Friday from our office in Teddington (an easy 30 minute train ride from Waterloo).

We're passionate about learning. We run regular learning and development sessions and offer 2 paid study days per year.

We have an unofficial policy of hiring lovely, talented people who don’t do politics or any other nonsense. We say it as it is and like to help each other out in achieving our shared vision.
