Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:

• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and cost reports
  
• Experience analysing market trends and reporting on them
  
• Experience developing PCB's
  
• IT literate
  
• Experience operating as a cost engineer
  Role information:
  
  
• Conduct SPI and CPI variance analysis and root cause analysis and provide recommendations and recovery planning in accordance with monthly reporting timescales
  
• Establish the project cost breakdown structure and prepare cost studies using historical data
  
• Provide market trend data to the project manager alongside any related recommendations
  
• Analyse and track resource usage and constraints and make recommendations to the project manager
  
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure data quality
  
• Prepare and control forecasts and budgets
  
• Prepare cost reports
