We are seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Data Analyst who can transform complex data into strategic business insights, driving performance through advanced analytical techniques and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:


  • Measurement and Commercial Insights
  • Define measurement plans for marketing initiatives
  • Create campaign measurement frameworks
  • Transform complex data into actionable commercial insights
  • Enable marketing teams to test and acquire new audience segments
  • Cross-Functional Analytics Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams
  • Identify analytics opportunities to accelerate performance
  • Drive strategic business reviews with data-driven presentations
  • Advanced Analytics Leadership
  • Develop sophisticated marketing analytics techniques
  • Implement lifetime value modeling
  • Conduct incrementality testing and marketing mix modelling (MMM)
  • Establish and maintain critical business metrics and KPIs
  • Team Development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence
  • Provide technical guidance and support within the analytics function
  • Forecast across Shopify, Amazon & TikTok Shop

Requirements:


  • Marketing Analytics Expertise
  • 5+ years experience in eCommerce/subscription business analytics
  • Proven track record across digital acquisition channels
  • Deep understanding of subscription business dynamics
  • Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Statistical analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in Python/R
  • Data visualisation tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Google Analytics 4 and attribution modeling experience
  • Professional Qualities
  • Highly autonomous with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work across organisational levels
  • Commitment to driving strategic business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription business experience
  • Advanced statistical modeling techniques
  • Marketing automation platform expertise
