Senior Power BI Developer | £50k - £60k | 1 Day in Office per Week


Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights and leading innovative BI projects? We’re seeking a talented Senior Power BI Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation that is heavily investing in its data and analytics capabilities.


About the Role

In this pivotal role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver impactful dashboards and reports that enable smarter business decisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues, helping to shape a growing data team as the organisation accelerates its data-driven strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build compelling Power BI dashboards and visualisations that support diverse business needs
  • Convert complex datasets from sources like SQL Server and Azure into clear, actionable insights
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business requirements
  • Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Play an active part in expanding and developing the data team’s capabilities


Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience creating Power BI solutions, with strong understanding of data modelling and visualisation principles
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Excellent communicator, able to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Innovative and proactive in solving complex analytical challenges
  • Tableau experience is nice to have but not essential
