Job Details

• Designing, building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  
• Performing advanced data analysis using SQL and other querying tools to extract and interpret complex data sets
  
• Creating detailed reports, visualisations and presentations to communicate findings to our Contact Centre Management
  
• Leveraging automation tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual efforts and improve efficiency and identifying and proposing improvements in data-driven processes that alight with business goals
  
• Working with data from primary or secondary data sources and ensuring data accuracy, integrity and timely updates in reporting systems
  
• Providing guidance and mentorship to our junior analysts, promotion best practices in data analysis, reporting and BI tool usage
  
  
  

Skills we would love you to have

• Strong technical skills (Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI) alongside a strong understanding of Cloud technologies, development approaches, tool and techniques (e.g Snowflake Data Warehouse)
  
• Experience in developing and delivering data products in collaboration with business stakeholders
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels

Salary- Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
