What youll do

As our Data Analyst youll transform raw information into actionable intelligence driving strategic decisions across the business. Youll:

  • Collect and Manage Data: Gather data from diverse sources and take ownership of the business master data management framework and data governance.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Clean validate and normalise data to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Integrate Data Sources: Combine data from various systems to create a unified view of business performance.
  • Develop Reports and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in relevant systems and Looker to track key metrics like velocity win rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify Trends and Patterns: Analyse data to uncover trends patterns and correlations that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Sales Marketing Delivery and Business Operations teams to understand their data needs and drive datadriven initiatives.
  • Communicate Data Effectively: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.



Requirements
What youll bring

  • Experience in data analysis or data governance.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Understanding of revenue and customer successrelated metrics and KPIs and the sales marketing and delivery processes.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL Spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (we use Google so Looker Studio and Google Sheets are preferred).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce report building dashboards exports and reporting automation tools. (desirable)
  • Experience with Marketing Finance and Delivery tools (desirable).
