Senior Business Analyst Contract

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong data mindset to support a high-impact programme focused on improving communications, reporting, and contract performance management for a large, decentralised workforce.

Key Details:

Day Rate: £600–£650 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in London
Contract Length: 3 months (potential for extension)
Nationality Requirement: UK citizen (due to compliance requirements)
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to capture and validate requirements related to data storage, segmentation, access rights, profiling, and performance management
Conduct gap analysis between current and target state reporting and communications
Feed into a business case, helping to define benefits, costs, and measurable outcomes
Identify risks, assumptions, and cross-programme dependencies to support future planning
Ensure alignment between business requirements and data models/architecture
Adhere to internal change frameworks and methodologies
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Strong documentation capability (process flows, BRDs, user stories)
Experience contributing to business cases and operating models
Familiarity with data governance principles and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical thinking and ability to bridge business/data/technical teams
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-savvy BA to work on a programme that sits at the heart of organisational transformation
