Currently a team of 13 this is very much a hands on role and will require someone who is very technical combined with real critical thinking ability and a knack for solving problems using outside of the box thinking and ideas.

What we're looking for:

You will need a background in software development, at least a few years of experience in developing software solutions for enterprise.

Coach, mentor and educator:You have a history of supporting the professional development of engineers, creating a supportive environment which encourages learning and growth. You are committed to sharing knowledge and driving collective improvement across our and our clients’ organisations.
