We are actively seeking a dynamic and highly organised Planner/Scheduler to become a cornerstone of our efficient repairs and maintenance service within the social housing sector. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our residents receive timely and effective service delivery across the TW11 area.

Your Core Responsibilities as Planner/Scheduler:

End-to-End Query Resolution: Own and resolve customer queries effectively across all channels (phone, email, webform, face-to-face, social media) from start to finish, ensuring all communications meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Strategic Job Triage: Accurately triage all incoming repair jobs in line with contractual scope, meticulously defining and allocating the correct service levels and trades.

Optimised Scheduling & Resource Management: Take charge of monitoring daily work volumes and ensuring the efficient use of resources. This includes assigning all tasks to operatives and subcontractors (emergency and routine) with agreed, precise appointments, ensuring optimal timings and correct trades.

Complaint Reduction: Proactively work to reduce complaints by aiming for first-time resolution of issues.

CRM & Data Accuracy: Expertly manage all activities on our CRM system, ensuring real-time information is always accurate and up-to-date.

Collaborative Problem Solving: Work seamlessly with field teams and other departments to address and resolve job-related issues, such as missed appointments, escalating effectively when needed.

Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including writing block letters and other general tasks.

Data Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of GDPR and data requests, ensuring all resident information is handled with utmost care.

Who We're Looking For:

First-Class Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably within a repairs or social housing context.

Investigative & Responsive: Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and respond to situations quickly and effectively.

IT System Confidence: Highly proficient and confident user of IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and email. You'll be digitally savvy and quick to learn our specific platforms.

Meticulous & Organised: An inherently organised and methodical individual with excellent accuracy and unwavering attention to detail.

Clear Communicator: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt your style to a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
