My client are an SME who are looking for an SC or DV Cleared eDiscovery SME/Project Manager. Candidates must have experience working on eDiscovery projects and expertise in operating and managing the RelativityOne system.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects; managing project scope, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Supervise remote forensic data collection, ensuring adherence to security, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Maintain detailed documentation throughout the forensic collection process to ensure audit trails and compliance.
Streamline data processing and review workflows using RelativityOne.
Collaborate with legal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
Ensure high-quality standards, including providing training and support to teams on RelativityOne capabilities.Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in eDiscovery, with a strong background in leadership roles.
Expertise in managing remote forensic collection processes and following documentation best practices.
Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and associated legal processes.
RelativityOne certifications (e.g., Relativity Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in RelativityOne workflows, data analytics, and Technology-Assisted Review (TAR).
