We are looking to recruit a Data Quality Consultant for a leading UK based Data Consultancy. Working with a range of customers in the public & private sector the Data Quality Consultant will help clients unlock value from their data, reduce costs, and improve outcomes. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing data-centric solutions, with a strong focus on data quality management, governance, and compliance.
This is a remote role with onsite work and travel to customers when required.
Due to upcoming project work valid SC Clearance is required for the role.
About the Role:
As a Data Quality Consultant, you will work independently and as part of a team to assess, design, and implement high-impact data management solutions that align with clients' strategic goals. From conducting data management maturity assessments to building target operating models, your contributions will help clients realise their vision and establish robust frameworks for data governance, data quality, and master data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define data management strategies, architectures, and roadmaps to support clients' business objectives.
- Conduct data management maturity assessments and develop recommendations to improve data quality.
- Develop data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Assist in the development of business cases for data management initiatives.
- Build strong client relationships to support future project opportunities.
- Work collaboratively on solution architecture, including MDM and analytics implementations.
- Contribute to client bids, proposals, and project presentations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- Data Governance
- Data Quality Management
- Master Data Management
- Data Integration
- Data Migration
- Data Architecture & Modelling
Desirable Skills & Knowledge:
- Data Strategy and Framework Development
- Business Case Development for Data Initiatives
- Experience with data migration strategy and implementation planning
- Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements
- Previous experience working with central or local government
