It is an exiting to join Nomad Foods, due to the high growth of the business and the desire to become more data driven, joining us as SAP Data Engineer will give you the opportunity to work closely with our head of reporting & Data Engineering to focus on the data Engineering part to manage our data across our SAP estate and the GCP to enable accurate and timely reporting and insight across Nomad Foods.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in the team to push the use of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SAP datasphere and to maintain BW4HANA
  • Partnering with the IT Service Partner to develop the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), to move to a single version of truth.
  • Ensuring consolidation of data sources (internal & external) in the EDP, built around SAP Datasphere and GCP.
  • Identifying any data sources that could be useful when doing insight.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Insight Team and any other areas doing insight.
  • Working with the Data Governance & Master Data Team to highlight any data concerns such as with exporting of data, using wrong definitions, security, etc.
