SAP BTP Business AI Engineer/Architect

Location: UK

Prezien is an SAP Gold Partner specializing in SAP CX, and SAP data + business AI. We are looking for anSAP Business AI Architect/Engineerwho will play a critical role in driving innovation, developing cutting-edge AI solutions, and helping position Prezien as a leader in AI-driven enterprise applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for ahighly skilled, driven, and hands-onwith3-8 years of experienceinSAP BTP development and architecture (extensibility suite), with at least6 months working on SAP BTP AI capabilities. The candidate should also have a high degree of comfort and familiarity with Generative AI technologies and concepts. The ideal candidate is not just an excellent developer but also astrategic thinker, solution architect, and mentor—capable of leading and growing a small team while delivering impactful AI-driven solutions for Prezien and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-powered solutionsthat enhance customer operations and drive innovation within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Architect scalable AI solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly withSAP applications such as SAP CX, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BTP services.
  • Lead AI projects, both internal (Prezien’s own AI products) and external (customer solutions).
  • Shape Prezien’s AI strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of AI in the SAP space.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders, articulating AI’s business value through presentations, demos, and workshops.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development and architecture (extensibility suite), with at least 6 months working on SAP BTP AI capabilities.
  • Expertise in SAP AI tools, including Joule, Agent Builder, Generative AI Hub, AI Core, AI Foundation.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture, designing and implementing AI applications in enterprise settings.
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, knowledge graphs, vector databases, and generative AI techniques.
  • Experience integrating AI models with SAP applications such as SAP CX (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Emarsys) or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration frameworks (SAP Integration Suite, OData, APIs, SAP CAP, RAP, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers.
