Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and optimisation projects
Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope, and successful delivery
Drive business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate across departments to support internal tech and change projects
Manage risks, issues, and change processes with clear mitigation strategies
Champion Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning tech with strategy
Provide expert guidance, documentation, and mentoring across teams
Use tools like JIRA, (url removed), and Mulesoft to drive integration and delivery
Report directly to the Head of IT/Technology in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

Profile

5+ years' experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in financial services
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
Skilled in project management tools like JIRA, (url removed), and MS Project
Experience with Mulesoft integration is a strong advantage
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Holds relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup within a fast-paced tech environment
Passionate about driving meaningful business change through technology

Job Offer

Competitive salary between £60,000 - £65,000, based on experience
Hybrid working model - 2-3 days in a modern Nottingham city centre office
