Key Responsibilities:
Undertake final checks and before booking of opportunities. Creation of Renewal opportunities. Work with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and Finance to assist in establishing the overall strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control of SFDC. Work with external data services to improve account and contact data in SFDC and prepare upload files. Ensure opportunity, contact, and account record ownership is maintained correctly. Identify and ensure implementation of the best practice approaches for tracking and resolving data quality issues. Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality. Provide training to SFDC users on any quality controls implemented. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the business. Monitor and maintain exception reporting. Refine documentation for Sales and Sales operations processes.
Technical Skills - Essential:
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems ideally Experience in dealing with large volumes of data Experience with data analysis, quality, and cleaning Desirable Excellent Excel skills
