Sales Executive

Location: Northampton 

Salary: DOE

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a specialist sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telephone sales who thrive in a high-energy, KPI-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage in high-volume outbound calling to prospective clients, qualifying leads and identifying sales opportunities. 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to securing the order, before seamlessly handing it over to the administration team for processing. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a consultative approach to meet their business needs. 

  • Accurately update the CRM system with all sales activity, ensuring data integrity and efficient pipeline management. 

  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. 

    Key Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. 

  • Ability to qualify leads efficiently and convert opportunities into high-value sales. 

  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with a consultative approach to selling. 

  • Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A passion for the arts or experience within a creative sector would be highly advantageous.
