Role: Sales Associate – Security Assurance Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and drive the adoption of SeCore's security assurance platform. This role is pivotal in reaching out to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including accounting, legal firms, and other potential clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, skilled in building relationships, and has a proven track record in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Prospecting and Engagement:

    • Identify and contact potential clients, including SMEs, accounting, legal firms, and other industries needing SeCore’s services and Present SeCore's unique value proposition and demonstrate how it addresses client-specific challenges.

  2. Solution Selling:

    • Conduct needs analysis to understand clients’ cybersecurity requirements.

    • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to illustrate SeCore’s capabilities, including its quantitative assessment methodology and Propose subscription plans and negotiate pricing to secure long-term contracts.

  3. Pipeline Management:

    • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-ups and Track all client interactions using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts.

  4. Closing Deals:

    • Finalize contracts and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.

      Qualifications

  5. Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  6. Experience:

    • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or cybersecurity solutions.

    • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  7. Sales Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Strong ability to translate technical features into business benefits for non-technical audiences.

    • Negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win solutions.

  8. Technical Acumen:

    • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

    • Ability to quickly learn and articulate SeCore’s technical capabilities to clients.

  9. Personal Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

    • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

      Preferred Qualifications:

  10. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  11. Experience selling SaaS platforms or subscription-based solutions.

  12. Understanding of SME business challenges, particularly in cybersecurity and compliance.
