The role…

The Commercial Excellence function within Global Data comprises Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, Pricing and GTM Tech teams which exist to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of its GTM operation .

In order to measure progress against its objectives, the team is looking to recruit a Revenue Operations Analyst to produce insights on the performance of the Revenue Team.

In this role you will be part of a team supporting the delivery of quota with deep focus on pipeline management, forecasting, performance management, budget planning and workforce planning for our sales teams.

This person will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will be responsible for identifying key performance trends whilst helping execute wider Revenue Operations priorities.

What you’ll be doing…

Manage the Sales Forecast calendar partnering with our Commercial Finance Team and Sales Leadership this will involve analysis of the Sales Pipeline, Activity and Capacity inspection and analysis of historical run rates as well as dissecting performance of teams and Individual Contributors on the likelihood of them achieving their goals. The Process will involve using a range of existing GTM tech tools including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong Conversational Intelligence and Gong Engage as well as testing new tools including Revenue Platforms and AI that may add to the accuracy of the forecast.

Support analytical/data requests from Sales, Sales Management and Revenue Operations.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and presentations to track ongoing performance of our customer teams.

Partner with stakeholders in finance, product, marketing and sales to ensure accuracy of data is maintained in company planning.

Proactively identify trends within the Revenue function across the business, teams and Individual contributors.

Support in preparation of data and insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Production of Ad Hoc sales analysis.

What we’re looking for…

Several years analytical experience in sales ops, marketing ops, rev ops, customer ops or consulting.

Advanced Excel, including SQL, Power BI and data visualization skills would be an asset

Able to turn data into insights and present information to all levels within the organisation including non-financial stakeholders. Ability to turn insights into compelling PowerPoint presentations

Great organisational skills able to run a time critical forecast calendar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of curiosity around sales team performance metrics.

Fast paced, accurate with an eye for detail.

Ability to work independently

Bonus: experience with CRMs, finance tools, SQL, data warehousing etc
