OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•Experience in using Opera Cloud, Delphi, Ideas, Distribution Extranet sites
• Experience with Excel and report writing
• Experience in the Hospitality industry 
• Experience with Lanyon RFP programme and GDS rate loading 
• A keen eye for data trends and a passion for uncovering insights
• Amazing analytical and numerical skills for quick and efficient decision making

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - 
• Assist in producing reports in preparation for weekly and monthly strategy meetings, and other revenue reports for the Collection 
• Monitor bookings made and lost for the previous day and to identify trends in booking patterns 
• Set up rate codes in Opera Cloud and ensure they are open and closed according to the yield decisions made and strategies applied
• Work with 3rd parties to increase our sales 
• Bring forward ideas to the revenue team to increase average rate or revenue increasing opportunities
