The Role
To support the Commercial Operations and finance teams, ensure data quality in Salesforce to enable analysis to maximise revenue opportunities. The Revenue contract coordinator is accountable for ensuring that the data quality in our Salesforce system is correct, supporting the commercial function in terms of data accuracy and liaising with the data team to ensure all reporting in PowerBI from Salesforce is accurate for analysis purposes.

Maintaining data quality in our commercial systems across the group – Salesforce.com Work with the data team to ensure PowerBI reporting is accurate and can be used for revenue analysis
Main Responsibilities
Data accuracy of ourSalesforce system:
Ensure that the data entered into Salesforce by the sales team is correct and matches the terms in our contracts Ensure all products delivered in Salesforce is up to date each month Ensure all usage in our PowerBI reports are mapped by adding the correct subscriptions in Salesforce Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. All data from Salesforce flows through into PowerBI to allow analysis for us to maximise revenues and make data driven decisions
Set processesto ensure 100% accuracy of data in Salesforce:
Identify areas where data quality is low and flag this to the commercial data analyst. This can then be added to the Salesforce training docs to ensure commercial team enter data correctly Assist the commercial data analyst with Salesforce training Create process maps and detailed walkthroughs of data quality checks to further educate the commercial team on correct data entry
Data Analysis:
Once all of the data is accurate in Salesforce, start using PowerBI reports to identify revenue opportunities Coordinate with the data team to ensure the information is pulling through correctly Work closely with the commercial operations manager to ensure a sales library is developed and maintained for efficient knowledge sharing and to ensure content governance around data quality.
Required Skills
Must have:
Experience working in a Revenue / Sales / Commercial Operations function or similar preferably in a mid-large organisation Proficient in knowledge and understanding of how
Salesforce.comworks Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercial, highly analytical, clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity Excel at solving unstructured problems Ability to network internally to create solutions where none exist Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel and/or SQL
Desirable:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar is a plus, but not essential Experience with Data Visualisation tools e.g.: BI is a plus
