To be responsible for the development of reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence solutions, working with users to meet their data and reporting needs, and promoting the corporate data warehouse. To develop and maintain CHP’s management information library and produce and submit national and local datasets such as benchmarking data and Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).

What you'll be doing



Manage and develop CHP’s suites of published reports and dashboards;

*

To work with users across the organisation on projects requiring data and reporting expertise.

*

To support data integrity checks, developing exception reports and dashboards providing insight on data quality;

*

Produce analytical models and dashboarding for management information, driving performance and decision-making;

*

To be able to accurately manipulate large data sets to produce meaningful information;

What we are looking for

*

Extensive use of query, reporting and dashboard tools such as PowerBI

*

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL, PowerBI, SSRS and SSIS.

*

Demonstrable experience taking functional requirements and translating them into data solutions;

*

Ability to work with large volumes of complex data from disparate sources, form actionable insights and give recommendations;

*

Experience of database administration and extensive use of query and reporting tools

25 days annual leave per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.

37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.

Please note this will consist of a 3 stage recruitment process additional to an initial phone interview, which if successful will progress to an Interview with the hiring managers, a SQL test and a meet the team stage.
