Job Description

As a Relex Senior Solution Consultant, you will play the critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of Relex and integrated solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, lead the design and configuration of the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Relex. Your expertise will help clients optimise their supply chain processes, drive transformations founded on optimised data, and achieve operational excellence.

Your key role is to:

  • Own Client Engagements, providing solution expertise and leadership
  • Lead all requirements gathering and analysis activities ensuring clear, aligned requirements are documented
  • Lead all process mapping and process improvement / optimisation activities
  • Own delivery of business configuration phases
  • Act as functional, business and solution expert - Support solution evaluation and recommendations
  • Provide consistent and clear communications to all key stakeholders
  • Manage and build long lasting trusted relationships with a senior client base
  • Support best practice working across Inference group including development of best in class approaches and templates
  • People development by putting true focus on developing and supporting all individuals
  • Problem-Solving: Contributing to the development of proposed solutions across a variety of challenges.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with team members and clients to ensure the successful execution of consulting projects.
  • Support the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas

Requirements

This role provides a unique opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to take their consulting career to the next level. We are looking for applicants who are:

  • Tech Enthusiast: You love tech and can’t wait to learn more about projects, systems and data.
  • Proven experience in implementing Relex, with varied experiences across clients.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, best practices and compliance.
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Relex, such as planning or optimisation.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
  • Effective communicators. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy thinking things through and coming up with solutions.
  • Team Player: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and work together with a supportive team.
  • Flexible: You’re good at juggling tasks and keeping things organized.
  • Confident: To challenge existing ways of working, recognise opportunities and identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients.
  • Analytical: Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess complex issues and develop innovative solutions.

We are looking for dedicated people who are both passionate about project delivery and technology while having the empathy to succeed in client consulting, the ideal candidate for this role will be well versed in Azure cloud technologies with previous experience of delivering large-scale projects with strong technical skills and a passion for evolving IT and digital technologies.
