Specifically, I am looking to build out my team with a number of hires focused in high growth areas. An ever important, growing need within the Life Sciences industry is Data Science, and this person will be focused on building relationships with and placing high impact Data Science individuals into Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, Digital Health and Life Sciences software companies.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

  • Find and engage niche, high‑calibre candidates within the Life Sciences sector, specifically within the Data Science space.
  • Connect with new and existing clients to uncover fresh hiring opportunities
  • Understand client needs in detail and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and stay close to market demand
  • Run the full recruitment process from CV shortlisting and phone screens to interviews and registration
  • Fill roles efficiently and meet agreed timelines
  • Build a strong, responsive candidate pipeline to stay ahead of client requirements
  • Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates through high‑quality communication and service

Required Skills and Experience

  • Sales experience is helpful but not essential – drive, attitude and motivation matter most
