The Opportunity


You will be a key player on the Delta One trading desk, with responsibilities spanning daily trading operations, research innovation and the ongoing evolution of the strategy portfolio.


You’ll have ownership and autonomy, while also contributing to a close knit team that values insight, speed and results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and monitor trading operations across EMEA and US markets
  • Develop, refine and implement systematic strategies using medium-frequency signals
  • Drive improvements in research workflows, reducing time to production
  • Automate trading flows to enhance efficiency and scale
  • Share responsibility for the US trading shift on a rotational basis


Requirements


  • 3 - 5 years in a quantitative trading role, preferably at a prop or investment firm
  • Hands-on experience trading EMEA equities systematically (essential)
  • Exposure to ADRs/GDRs
  • Strong coding skills in Python and/or VBA
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, detail-oriented and adaptable under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
