We’re looking for a super-talented Quantitative or Integrated Senior Research Executive to join our fast growing team to specifically work on a number of growing accounts. Whilst the role would suit a quantitative researcher, we are happy to consider integrated researchers as well, as many of the projects we undertake at Trinity McQueen cover both quantitative & qualitative disciplines. We are looking for someone who has experience of working with clients in theFMCGand retail sectorin either atracking or adhoc research capacity.Even better if you’ve got experience in product/concept testing!
We’re an agency that grounds our research in behavioural understanding – so you’ll have an appetite for learning more aboutbehavioural scienceand applying it to your work. Observing and making the most of ‘real’ unmediated moments and leaving space for understanding beyond questioning.
You will be working with senior members of the team to develop client relationships & running quantitative projects – with opportunities to lead proposal writing & take part in pitching right through to managing and delivering exceptional insight for a range of retail clients. You will also work with our team of execs and work with them to develop their skills and careers.
About your experience
- Strong 2-3 years market research agency or client-side experience is essential
- Delivering insight to clients at a consistently high level
- Experience of working in the FMCG and retail sector would be ideal
- Confident in data analytics, getting close to the data, having a keen eye for detail to be able to scrutinise insights
- Good track record of building relationships with clients and experience of providing clients with consultative insight and direction
- Experience in product testing would be beneficial but not a necessity
- Know your max diffs from your conjoints and have strong views on questionnaire design
- You will be writing reports and creating insight-led presentations which require a very good standard of written English
- Strong presentation skills, credibility in front of clients and ability to present clear information quickly and with gusto!
