Technology is a key driver of their ongoing success. The successful quantitative developer will be a self-starter, thrive under pressure, and excel when given ownership of projects and responsibilities. Typical projects include:

  • Investigating and designing data mining and machine learning algorithms
  • Researching models and forecasting future price movements
  • Developing and improving scalable quantitative research frameworks using Python and C++
  • Advising the business by providing innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of solid development experience (experience in financial markets is a plus)
  • Strong skills in C++ and Python
  • Experience in building and improving quantitative infrastructure is preferred
  • Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields
