Qualitative SRE £30,000 - £36,000, REMOTE. Portuguese or French speaker preferred

Our client is a fast growing market research consultancy that specialises in building bespoke online communities and are now looking for a Consultant to join their remote team. For this multi market project you will ideally speak fluent English as well as Portuguese or French.

The ideal person would be a driven self-starter who would like to get involved in a range of projects from quick turn around ad hoc online communities to ongoing longer term insight projects. You need to be engaged with digital research, qualitative (essential) and quantitative (a bonus) techniques and technology.

The ideal candidate would:

Have at least 3 years’ experience as a qualitative researcher, specifically online communities. You will need a good understanding of the project life cycle and ability to independently set up a study, design a discussion guide, moderate, write a first draft of a report and co-present the results.

Be eager to coach and develop junior team members. You would initially be working alongside and mentoring 1-2 community managers and ideally drive growth of your team and account.

Be self-disciplined, organised and flexible – as a growing and fully remote company they are looking for someone who is excited about being in an entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build great relationships with prospective clients.

Be self-motivated, reliable and comfortable with working remotely.

Have a ‘can do’ attitude and flexibility to work in a fast-paced agency - this sometimes requires that you support the team outside of normal working hours so flexibility is key!

You will need to be UK based to attend client meetings and have the right to work in the UK
