Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Python Plotly Dash Developer to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in architecting an end-to-end solution that incorporates a PostgreSQL database, predictive models built in Python, and a user interface developed in Plotly Dash. As our team undergoes a reshuffle, this position is vital to ensure the continuity and success of our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design the end-to-end solution for our data analytics tool.
  • Lead the development of the user interface using Plotly Dash, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other development team members, focusing on best practises in software engineering.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to integrate predictive models into the application.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in solution architecture and software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of database design and management.
  • Proficient in Python; while you will not be developing machine learning models, familiarity with their integration into applications is advantageous.
  • Experience with Plotly Dash and data visualisation techniques.
