Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated part-time Data Controller to join the team on a 12-month maternity contract, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Data Controller to join this global company within their prestigious, modern Chester office. The company are well established, progressive and innovative in their approach and are based within a growing sector.

Pay and Benefits:

12 month maternity cover, working 22.5 hours per week, 4.5 hours per day

Salary: £30,000 pro rata

The Data Controller will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package including, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company bonus scheme, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, free onsite parking and more.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring all master data is maintained and managed with a clear focus on data quality

  • Update and maintain account information – working in Infor and any legacy systems to manage account data

  • Data is maintained in line with company policies and that any changes or discrepancies are identified and updated

  • Mitigate business risks

  • Manage onboarding process for new customer accounts to ensure data accuracy and key stakeholder communication

  • New account set up of documents including Amber Road checks, ensuring CRM contacts are created

  • Maintain product data within eCommerce systems and preparing item data for product registrations and any future solutions to ensure all product information is available to customers to order

  • Update and maintain item data in line with new launches and any changes as required to ensure continued availability of all products to market

  • Update and maintain price books within Infor and legacy systems for all brands, including bespoke SLAs for customers

  • To maintain Master Data within Infor (ERP) and legacy systems, to include account, contact, pricing, item, pack in, add on and GT (Global Template) data

  • To be a key point of contact for Key Accounts in relation to Pricing and Item setup

  • To work with the local marketing department to support product launches and any additional duties related to launch activities

  • Manage the Pack in item process for all brands, including IFU forecasts to ensure correct items available on orders shipped from EDC

  • Manage warranty information setup to ensure correct requirements are maintained within ERP system

  • Maintain set up for Global Template Documents to ensure correct output docs are available to customers based on requirements. This includes offering bespoke documents based on customer requests

  • Any other duties as required to support Master Data and Customer Experience team

    Essential Experience:

    The successful candidate will:

  • Excellent knowledge of ERP and data management systems

  • Experience of working with CRM system

  • Strong process management skills

  • Experience in local and global project management

  • Strong team players with the ability to influence key stakeholders

  • Be highly motivated, focused and inspiring

  • An impeccable eye for attention to detail

  • Have problem-solving logic to ensure all business risks are mitigated

  • High level of initiative, organisation and personal results orientation, communications skills, team skills

  • Ability to embrace change and manage fast changing situations and priorities

    Desirable:

    It is desirable but not essential that the successful candidate will have:

  • Salesforce experience

  • Infor experience
