What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks likePython,Django, andJavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on inclusive and user-centered design.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts in ways that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Experience in building new solutions or enhancing existing systems with inclusivity in mind.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative workflows.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working on public or social sector projects with a focus on equity and accessibility.
