Analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Assist with system implementations, integrations, and upgrades. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on performance. Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and internal governance standards. Provide training and support to teams adopting new processes and systems. Work with third-party vendors to resolve system-related issues. About You You're a great fit if you have: A 3rd level qualification or equivalent business process/project experience. Experience in business process analysis and workflow optimisation. A basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The ability to gather and interpret business requirements. Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential) Experience with business intelligence or process mapping tools. Knowledge of cloud-based business applications.
