Project Overview

The primary objective is to transition all video conferencing systems from on-premises infrastructure to a cloud-based solution. The scope includes site surveys, migration planning, and implementation.

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager with a background in financial services who has led video conferencing or collaboration technology programmes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud migration challenges and be adept at navigating complex compliance environments. Strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities are essential.

Must-Have Experience:

Financial Services Expertise: Proven experience working with financial institutions, particularly in environments with stringent compliance and regulatory requirements.
Project/Programme Delivery: Strong background in delivering large-scale collaboration or video technology projects, with a focus on migration and implementation.
Global, Matrixed Environments: Experience navigating complex, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and departments.

Technical Knowledge:

Collaboration Technologies: Familiarity with systems such as Quadcam, CUCM, TMS, CMS, Expressway, and Webex.
Networking Terminology: Understanding of networking concepts relevant to video conferencing systems.
Migration Oversight: Experience in overseeing large-scale technology migrations, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.

Tools & Methodologies:

Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other ticketing systems.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including Real Estate, Security, Technology, and external partners.

Soft Skills:

Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients, particularly in high-touch, compliance-focused environments.
Leadership: Capable of leading cross-organizational teams, driving alignment, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
