We're evoke, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies and we're looking for a Leeds or London based Personalisation Product Analyst. Here you will play a critical role in enhancing player engagement and optimizing the user experience.

Our Product Analytics team is at the heart of data-driven decision-making, empowering the company to create exceptional gaming experiences. We partner closely with product managers and business leaders to uncover insights, measure impact, and drive strategy. By analysing player behaviour, identifying trends, and evaluating feature performance, our team ensures that every decision is informed by robust, actionable data. Together, we fuel innovation and help deliver personalised, engaging experiences that delight our players and maximize value.

What you will be doing:

  1. Translating data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive engagement and growth
  2. Plan, monitor and analyse AB tests for new features, while applying/using statistical methods for purposes of significance testing
  3. Leading the optimization to evoke’s personalization models alongside the data scientists
  4. Identifying opportunities for improving our product supported by quantitative data analysis
  5. Working with stakeholders to understand drivers behind core business trends
  6. Analysing user behaviour and product optimization
  7. Presentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Who we are looking for:

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will have:

  • A BA/BSc/MA in Statistics, Maths, Industrial engineering, or other quantitative field
  • Experience in a quantitative role using R/Python and writing complex SQL code
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with Tableau/Power BI and Excel skills
