Product Owner – Agile, Digital Transformation, PERMANENT – Hybrid; 2 days p/w in Birmingham City Centre

Due to continued growth this leading edge Software organisation is looking to the market for a specialist Agile Product consultant. On this occasion they are actively seeking a PRODUCT OWNER to join an award winning software as a solution provider.

You will be required to define and communicate product vision and strategy to get buy in from relevant stakeholders. Be a product visionary and lead the Scrum team to deliver excellent products. The Product Owner will be the driving force behind developing product solutions; accountable for bringing in key insights from user research, quantitative data, and getting the right people in the room to collaboratively develop the right solutions to customer and business needs in the right way

You will support the Agile Development teams throughout the lifecycle of the project : Sprinting, User Stories, Sprint Planning, Planning Poker as well as working with Architects and a User Interface / Experience Designers to discuss requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Product Roadmap and Continuous Improvement

  • New Product Development

  • Backlog Management and Prioritisation

  • Release Planning and Product Launch

  • Market Analysis

  • User Centricity

  • Metrics and KPI’s

    At this level you will obviously be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You will be required to motivate and challenge the team to be creative, innovative and deliver timely high quality results.
