Product Manager - Luxury E-commerce Start up

Central London, Hybrid 2 days per week in the office £60,000-70,000

FRESH has teamed up with a rapidly growing consumer, luxury beauty scale up that have just secured £20M+ in funding.

They have grown quickly to become market leaders in the UK, launched successfully into the US in late 2024 and are now rapidly expanding across the globe (Brazil, South Korea, Europe).

Role overview

This is a 1st product hire position and you'll report directly into the Co-Founder. You'll be jumping into a mixture of customer problems from running A/B tests to drive customer acquisition and improve customer journeys end to end, solving commercial questions like dynamic pricing, driving the discovery behind launching a subscription product to automation of internal processes. This is a role for a true start up generalist!

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular A/B tests to validate and implement UX improvements.
• Conduct user research - speak to customers! We want you to gain a deep understanding of customer needs
• Research competitors and understand best in class examples from other industries
• Driving a cross functional team of in house engineers, designers data analysts.

About you:

• 1-2 years ofproduct managementexperience - found in early stage, consumer led start ups (web and app)
• Background in leading qualitative customer research
• Competence in leveraging A/B testing / digital optimization tools
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and tools
• Background in implementing and managing lean startup methodologies and hypothesis testing
