What you’ll do at Fetch (Role Responsibilities):

  • Uncover key drivers of business outcomes and provide robust actionable recommendations
  • Leverage deep analytical skillset and product intuition to drive decisions on strategic initiatives given ambiguous business problems
  • Advocate for A/B testing across the business supporting the design, execution and interpretation of A/B experiments which measure feature impact and guide product iterations
  • Translate complex findings into a compelling narrative for stakeholders, communicating a robust understanding of primary drivers of metrics
  • Establish hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches to interpret results and draw actionable conclusions
  • Define a measurement strategy which identifies patterns in data and understands interaction between key metrics to inform decision making
  • Define, forecast and evaluate KPIs in an unstructured environment. Implement those metrics in clear and concise dashboards providing actionable insights
  • Generate insights about customer segments and the company���s most valuable users to optimize the app experience & effectiveness
  • Think strategically about opportunities to improve and scale our app
  • Develop a framework to prioritize and identify high impact roadmap items, leveraging forecasting and opportunity sizing techniques to predict impact of strategic decisions

In your Toolbox (Minimum Requirements):

  • 4+ years experience in design, execution and interpretation of A/B experiments
  • Deep technical expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference and advanced analytics
  • 4+ years writing efficient SQL
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights for delivery to high level stakeholders
  • Passion for solving complex problems and engaging in advanced analytics
  • Collaborate easily with others, are intellectually curious and possess robust business acumen
  • Advanced degree in quantitative field (e.g. business analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics)

  • Prior experience in technology industry
  • Behavioral science experience
  • Ability to build custom data assets using DBT & Airflow
