We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-drivenProduct Data Analystto join our Data team. This role will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend, understand campaign impact and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a passion for marketing (CRM and paid media), and experience working with large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and analyze acquisition performance across multiple channels, identifying trends and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Assess the conversion funnel, understanding drop-offs and optimizing user journeys from first interaction through to active engagement.
  • Support growth goals by providing data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and early retention.
  • Conduct experimentation and A/B testing, ensuring statistical robustness and deriving insights to drive product improvements.
  • Apply hypothesis testing methodologies to validate product changes and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and UX, to optimize acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and acquisition performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis) to enhance understanding of user behavior.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and CRM to maximise LTVs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge in SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Power BI.
  • Expert knowledge of Statistical analysis and A/B methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
