As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.

The Product Analyst will provide data-driven insights, define KPIs and models to assess game performance, and develop an evolving AB test roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximise the commercial success of our game.

This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse large data sets to understand player behaviour and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and define KPIs and models to assess game performance.
  • Lead AB test development, from roadmap creation to execution and analysis.
  • Translate successful AB tests into product features that enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with game developers and designers to prioritise and refine game features.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, player needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor KPIs and user engagement post-launch, driving iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and support teams for successful game launches.
  • Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  • Reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience working as a Data Analyst/ Product Analyst
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience in AB testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of mobile gaming KPIs and player behaviour analytics.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile games industry.
