CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team at our prestigious site in Warrington! The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible delivering compliant end-to-end procurement process of routine purchase and extra works, supporting the Procurement Manager to establish the framework agreement on facility management soft and hard services, as well as spend analysis and support operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue competitive quotes for services and projects based on client requirements.
  • Liaise with In-house Operation Team, suppliers & client to gather necessary information and clarify requirements for accurate quote preparation. Issue quotation to client through CBRE WebQuote System, answer client’s query and follow up on Purchase Order from client
  • Track the status of quotes and follow up with client and internal team to ensure timely responses and approvals.
  • Ensure all quotes are documented and filed appropriately for future reference and audit purposes.
  • Upon received client PO, work with Contract Support to raise PR to suppliers
  • Generate regular reports on quote activity, status, and outcomes for management review.
  • Support Business Services Manager and Procurement Manager to track profit of reactive services and extra works.
    Experience & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of FM industry
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, billing cycles, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets to indentify cost-saving opportunities, supplier performance trends & contractual compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel & data visualization tools.
