Principal D365 F&O Retail & POS Specialist


This role is to focus on deliveringenterprise-scale transformations, optimising operations, and enhancing customer experiences


Work withleading retailers and global brands, helping them streamlineoperations, modernise POS systems, and enhance omnichannel capabilities. You'll have the opportunity todesign, implement, and optimize D365 F&O Retail solutions, working alongside industry experts in acollaborative, innovative, and growth-driven environment.


Your Role:

Retail & POS Solution Design:

  • Architect and implementD365 F&O Retailsolutions, includingPoint of Sale (POS), store operations, inventory management, and eCommerce integration.
  • Configure and customizeD365 Commerceto enhance in-store and online retail experiences.

End-to-End Implementation & Optimization:

  • Leadfull-cycle implementationsof D365 Retail & POS solutions formulti-location and enterprise retail clients.
  • Ensure seamless integration withpayment providers, inventory systems, and CRM tools.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate withretail business leaders, store managers, and IT teamsto tailor solutions to specific business needs.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for end users.

Performance, Compliance & Security:

  • EnsurePOS and retail systems are secure, compliant, and optimizedfor speed and scalability.
  • LeverageAI, automation, and analyticsto enhance customer experience and drive business intelligence.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations Retail modules, Commerce, and POS solutions.
  • Experience withMicrosoft Retail Cloud, Modern POS (MPOS), and Cloud POS (CPOS).
  • Deep knowledge ofinventory management, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Integration experience with third-party payment solutions, eCommerce platforms, and ERP extensions.
  • Strongtechnical and functionalunderstanding of retail workflows and POS system configurations.
  • Retail industry experience—working with multi-store, franchise, or global retail operations is a plus.
  • Microsoft certificationsin D365 Commerce or Retail are a strong advantage.
