Join Our Team as a Pricing Data Scientist at OneFamily!

Are you passionate about leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to drive commercial value? OneFamily is looking for a talented Pricing Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy retail pricing models across our diverse product range.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop predictive models for demand, lapse, mortality, competitor prices, upsell, and pricing optimisation.
Implement strategic and tactical pricing initiatives to address trading challenges and seize commercial opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful pricing models aligned with business priorities.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Skills & Experience:
Expertise in retail pricing models and machine learning techniques.
Strong mathematical knowledge, including algebra, probability, and statistics.
Proficiency in data modelling, predictive model evaluation, and application of ML algorithms.
Understanding of the commercial impact of pricing and data-driven decision-making.
An understanding of life insurance products including Term Assurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection is helpful but not essential.

Commercial creativity and awareness.
Strong sense of personal accountability and integrity.
Ambitious, forward-thinking, and quality-conscious.
Exceptional communication skills and self-motivation.
