Gleeson are delighted to be working with a brilliant, full-service digital marketing agency in their search for a PPC Account Manager to join the team. This is a brand new role which will support clients (mix of B2B and B2C) with their Paid Search activity - budgets ranging from £1k-150k.

In this role, you'll be working closely with a team of PPC Executives to cultivate client relationships and enhance PPC account performance. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of managing Paid Digital Channels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of PPC clients.
Collaborate with digital experts and account teams on a diverse range of exciting clients.
Take responsibility for client performance outcomes.
Deliver exceptional service through honest, transparent, and meaningful communication with clients.
Ensure the retention and satisfaction of the client portfolio.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Familiarity with Search Ads 360, including management experience.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, or Power BI.
Knowledge of heatmap tools, like Hotjar.
A proactive approach to work and personal development.
A strong background in PPC, with proven success in optimisation using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Ability to compile reports and insights for client feedback.
Google Ads certifications.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and channels is a plus but not mandatory.

This role will be based out of our client's Birmingham City Centre offices 3 days per week, working from home for the other 2 days. The salary on offer is ranging from £37-40k - to qualify for the higher end of the banding, you must be working in a similar capacity within a marketing agency currently.
