to join our client on an initial 2-month contract.The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Team and business stakeholders, working on data visualisation and reporting requirements for the business.You will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing insights and support data-driven decision-making across the business.Responsibilities:Power BI Solution Creation: Craft, implement, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable intelligence to various departmentsData Consolidation: Manage the incorporation of information from diverse sources into Power BI, guaranteeing data precision and uniformityEfficiency Enhancement: Regularly enhance existing Power BI solutions to improve performance and user experienceData Integrity: Establish robust quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and dependability of information in reports and dashboardsProject Management: Manage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver Power BI solutions on scheduleCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and integration of data solutionsDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, data sources, and processesRequirements:Demonstrated track record in Power BI development and data visualizationStrong analytical thinking and problem-resolution skillsCompetence in SQLIntermediate to advanced proficiency in DAX is crucialUnderstanding of data warehouse concepts and ETL processesStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesPower BI certification is advantageousIf you are a proactive and hands-on BI Developer with a strong background in Power BI, we would love to hear from you.
