We're working exclusively with a well-established South Yorkshire business currently undergoing a major digital transformation, fuelled by recent significant investment. This is a pivotal time for the company-and a great opportunity for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to be part of that journey from the ground up.

The Opportunity

This is a brand-new role within a growing BI & Data function. You'll be joining a small but expanding team at a key stage in their evolution. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in helping the organisation unlock the value of its data-delivering insights that drive real change and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

Partnering with business users to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards and reports.

Designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions using Power BI (with DAX), SQL, and Excel.

Working across the full BI stack-including SSIS (ETL), SSAS, and SSRS-to build robust data pipelines and analytical models.

Playing a key role in enhancing the company's data capability as part of its wider tech and digital transformation journey.

What We're Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX.

Proven background in SQL and Excel for data analysis and querying.

Good experience with ETL tools, ideally SSIS, along with SSAS and SSRS.

Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and understand business needs.

A proactive mindset, keen to work in a fast-evolving tech environment.

The Package:

Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid working - 3 to 4 days a week on-site in South Yorkshire
