What you’ll do


Reporting to the Senior EPMO Manager and working closely with Data Analytics Manager, the PMO Tooling & Analytics Specialist will be responsible for:

Day-to-day maintenance of the Vodafone UK Azure DevOps (ADO) Portfolio Management data repository; Provide first and second line support to stakeholders from across the business, troubleshooting issues and supporting further development of the tool; Development and maintenance of additional tooling to support reporting requirements ( PowerApps); Data validation, identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues and the development of solutions to improve overall reporting; Pinpointing opportunities for automation and developing tools and processes to support this; Support in the development of new dashboards, reports and reporting mechanisms to report on key performance indicators and provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders; Maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across VFUK to ensure data consistency and one version of the truth.

Who you are

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, troubleshooting performance issues, writing basic to mid-level queries, and developing Dashboards. Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps and PowerBI Experience with data manipulation, Formula creation, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables  Excellent technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels Experience of project and programme management processes and data sets is desirable High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment
