Flexible Benefits Delivery Consultant 

Due to our continued growth and plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a Flexible Benefits Delivery Consultant (known internally as a Platform Delivery Specialist) to join a growing team in any of our Bristol, London, Glasgow or Cheltenham offices on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office).  As our clients are based throughout the UK, this role also requires reasonable flexibility in working hours from time to time and occasional travel to other offices and client premises.  

Platform Delivery is responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our benefits and engagement platform, 4me and the team sits within our Employer Consulting area.  Employer Consulting covers a range of services from advice around corporate risk, data analytics, workplace consultancy, DC pensions, health and wellbeing to wider reward/flexible benefits. 

What will I be doing? 

You will have a portfolio of clients and will, under the guidance of the Platform Delivery Manager (PDM), be responsible for all work relating to your clients: gathering requirements, system configuration, user testing, renewals and system updates, ongoing updates and maintenance and delivery of platform enhancements.  You will deal with the client around ongoing queries and oversee the success of employee helplines for your clients. 

This role will also be responsible for coordinating processes and efficiencies for the team, in line with wider EC practices and could support the PDM around proposition and platform development. 

Undertake client implementations and renewals on the 4me platform  

Oversee any administration of clients’ schemes using the 4me platform to deliver efficient service 

Prioritise workloads and deliver agreed services in accordance with service levels and budget  

Work with the PDM to analyse information and assist in preparing recommendations to improve the platform services (implementation and ongoing) for clients 

Attend client meetings as and when required, including business development meetings 

Provide mentoring and training (and possible line manager support) to junior team members 

We would love to hear from if you have:  

At least 4 years’ experience of flexible benefit implementations and client delivery, using technology platforms 

Good knowledge of employee benefits and market practises 

Strong experience with Excel and data manipulation 

Good time management skills 

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, data encryption, APIs, SFTP
