We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with extensive experience and a fantastic track record to help turbo charge the growth of our protection and investment book by driving and nurturing high quality leads at scale.  You will be accountable for a sizeable acquisition budget with responsibility for scaling investment and maximizing ROI to deliver year on year growth.

Key responsibilities include running paid search and social campaigns, managing third-party lead generation partners, and identifying new partners. Additionally, you will contribute to our CRM strategy and collaborate with our sales team to enhance lead engagement.  You will be supported by our creative agency, in-house designers, senior analytics manager and digital delivery team to optimise all touch points along the sales journey.
