Description

Process end-to-end HR transactions accurately using Workday.
Manage employee queries and requests through the CRM system (Salesforce).
Review and approve HR data changes in line with company policies.
Ensure compliance with process guides and data input standards.
Handle high volumes of employee data with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and efficient HR services.Profile

A successful People Specialist should have:

Has hands-on experience processing HR transactions in Workday or a similar HR system.
Brings strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of data.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries.
Comfortable working with CRM tools like Salesforce and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Understands HR policies and procedures and applies them consistently.
Maintains high standards of data privacy and integrity.
Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or is working toward it (preferred).Job Offer
